Yes. Custom design starts at $450, credited against your trip when you book. It pays for real hours of research, and it means our advice is honest rather than commission-led.
No — roughly a third of our travelers come alone. Meals are at shared tables, free time is genuinely free, and we keep a limited number of rooms with reduced single supplements on every departure.
Tell us early. We hold Special Needs and Limited Mobility travel certifications, and we will be straightforward about which days work, which need an alternative, and which trips are simply not suitable.
A deposit at booking (listed on each trip page), then the balance 90 days before departure — 120 days for expedition voyages. Deposits are transferable to another OneSuitcase departure up to 120 days out.
Yes, it is required on every trip, and evacuation cover is mandatory on expedition departures. We will point you at good options, and we do not earn a commission on any of them.
We will advise on routing, timing and seats, and we will hold your hand through disruption. For most travelers, booking flights directly with the airline is better value and easier to change.
